How MineTwin works

Required Data

The image below illustrates the input data required for MineTwin OpenPit operations, structured around three key questions:

  • What do we know about the mine? Master data includes coordinates, geology, materials, excavation blocks and haulage destinations.

  • What equipment can we use for mining? Equipment data includes types, models, performance specifications, operating schedules, unavailability periods and maintenance plans.

  • What volumes are we trying to reach? Target data defines ore and waste removal goals (in tonnes) and, optionally, target grades.
